Fitness Coach | Cooking Instructor I’m a lifelong physical activity enthusiast. In college I was on the Women’s Track team at the time Title IX was enacted. My 30 year career with the US Forest Service allowed me to incorporate physical activity in my work where my roles included being a Wilderness Ranger, a Forester, an on call Firefighter and a Budget Analyst. I discovered spinning classes at LTCC 20 years ago and after 15 years of taking classes, got certified as a spinning instructor. I am also certified in Barre and in PlantBased Cooking through Forks Over Knives. My interests include X-C skiing, hiking, gardening, playing my harp, and continuing education in physical exercise, movement, and nutrition.
Sue Spencer
Gentle Movement | Yoga Instructor With a passion for holistic well-being, I am committed to helping individuals achieve balance, strength, and inner peace. My practice integrates the power of movement to heal, restore, and rejuvenate the body. I recently retired from 40 years of nursing and began a new journey by practicing and teaching yoga. I am passionate about women aging well, which led me to an interest in plant-based nutrition and completed a coaching program through the Food Revolution network.
I love to hike and kayak with my dog and husband, Bob, and I continue to work on refining my skiing skills during the winter. |
