Words of gratitude
"Last year I gave one of your plant-based recipe books to a friend who is in cancer treatment. He showed me his blood work report today and every area has moved into acceptable numbers. His Dr, who was very apprehensive regarding such drastic dietary changes is now very impressed and encouraging him to continue. M*** looks great, still fighting cancer but feels so much stronger."
"The class was full of knowledge and encouraging all to take their health seriously!"
"We have been eating a plant-based diet for more than a year now and have been exploring recipes on our own, but this class has it all--fantastic (and easy to make) recipes, excellent health information and a delightfully entertaining presentation. We're already looking forward to the 2021 classes!"
"The Zoom Plant Based Tahoe Cooking Club is extremely informative and beneficial with excellent staff, instructors and speaker. The Zoom Cooking Class makes it accessible and safe for those with serious food allergies, it is great having the whole family involved and with kids taking part they are learning good food habits at a young age."
